Our online BDA Scheduler is no longer openly accessible. The scheduler has moved to a new standalone page which can be viewed by selecting the "more" drop down at the top right of the site or selecting the BDA Online Booking System link at the bottom of the page. You will need a user account to access the scheduler, and we must now grant you permission to book your appointment. This is accomplished by calling our office and the staff will verify you are eligible for scheduling. Once verified, you will receive an email link to access the calendar.
